APPEARANCE ————・ﾟ✧
✧ a gray, black, and white tom with one green eye, one brown eye, and short fur
— basil is a cat of many different oddities. covering his scrappy, usually unkempt fur, is a white pelt blanketed by gray and speckled by black, other than the ruff of his neck which is completely black. his tail, which is also gray and tipped in black, usually hangs limp between his legs and drags in the dirt while he walks. his eyes are perhaps the oddest thing about them with one being brown and one being green. additionally, one of his eyes is lazy, meaning that randomly it drifts off to the side as if it has a mind of its own.

✧ basil is often described as having a 'nice' personality. he is not the sharpest tool in the shed, often forgetting things and trying to get out of his responsibilities out of fear of the unknown. he suffers from anxiety, getting extremely emotional when faced with confrontation or any strong emotion really which usually results in him just breaking down and crying. he is notoriously bad at nearly everything, often saying "I just haven't found my calling yet" when he gets older. although he will eventually shape up into becoming a decent hunter, he will be good at fighting as he has a strong aversion to it after losing both his older siblings in the great battle.
